"<< Background >>Sustainable Development is one of the priorities on international agendas. It covers all development issues in the world such as energy, biodiversity, digital technology, etc. And environmental and climate issues are part of the cross-cutting concerns that affect our different areas of intervention: international and student mobility, well-being, citizenship, intercultural. Young people, particularly students who are our core targets, declared during our project planning survey that they were aware of environmental issues but did not have enough resources to act appropriately. We have set up a recycling and reuse system in our association which is experiencing good development with more and more beneficiaries. But we lacked the skills to guarantee better service and better exploit all the potential of this activity. We also need to compare our practices with other structures committed to Sustainable Development, exchange our experiences, pool our knowledge and our networks to contribute more effectively to the promotion of eco-responsible actions in Europe.<< Objectives >>The project aims to: - Raise awareness among young people and youth leaders about environmental problems, climate change and the conservation of biodiversity;- Experiment with different approaches to solving environmental problems and integrate these approaches into our current practices- Strengthen the skills of our facilitators and volunteers in environmental literacy and increase the quality of our actions in non-formal environmental education within our organizations- Develop the skills and power to act of young people in solving environmental problems; - Increase the environmental awareness of our partner organizations and institutions and develop the cooperation of transnational networks.<< Implementation >>As part of this project, three learning and teaching activities (LTT) and two transnational meetings (TPM) were carried out. Preparatory and follow-up meetings were also organized virtually every month to carry out this project.Indeed, the learning and teaching activities (LTT) were the highlights of this project. They were each carried by a partner and were oriented according to the defined themes and the participatory and immersive approach adopted. They were marked by field visits to key players in sectors or sectors of activity geared towards Sustainable Development: environmental protection, fight against climate change, waste management, ethics and the economy digital, protection of biodiversity. The transnational meetings were opportunities for coordination and synthesis work which made it possible to achieve the objectives set: Guide to good practices “Non-formal education booklet for environmental literacy”<< Results >>-In Greece in Thessaloniki, under the theme “Conservation, restoration and enhancement of natural and cultivated biodiversity”, we carried out visits to protected sites, restored or preserved historical monuments; met environmental activists to share their experiences and visions, then participated in clean-up and awareness-raising operations among young people (beach, park - green space along a river).- In Turkey in Edirne, under the theme “Environmental footprint of digital technology”, we attended workshops demonstrating and questioning our daily uses, lessons with academics on the issues and dangers (misuse) of digital. We visited other digital players (suppliers, device sellers, manufacturers, etc.) and discussed with them their practices and environmental ethics in this sector. - In Reunion, under the theme “Waste reduction, reuse and recycling”, we carried out site visits to major players in the sector on the island. We discussed the collection, sorting, recycling and reuse of waste. Writing the Guide: ""“Non-formal education booklet for environmental literacy”"
