<< Objectives >>We are launching an innovative, modular, transdisciplinary, contemporary and neo-European puppet theatre education for art students. We open art universities to the art form and the art form to transnational impulses at the intersections of performing and visual arts. Mutual Learning Experiences of students, teachers and artists enable university and artistic exchange. A dense network is being built up and serves as a basis for further development.<< Implementation >>The central activity is the development and piloting of teaching modules that can be incorporated into existing curricula by art universities. In addition, a list of thematic focal points will be developed, on the basis of which further modules can be developed. Teachers and students will exchange, their work will be shown in events. Through an extensive video campaign and a concluding networking event, the contents and results of the project will receive a great deal of public attention.<< Results >>One basic module and two focus modules will be piloted, evaluated and revised ready for immediate implementation in existing curricula of European art universities. A collection of focal points is available as a basis for follow-up projects. The universities and students as well as the participating theatres, their audiences and the art form of puppet theatre in general will benefit from networking, artistic exchange, the campaign accompanying the project and the discussion of European issues.
