BREW: Building Relationships through Empowering Work

<< Objectives >>The main objective of the BREW project is to improve practices for working with at-risk, migrant and Roma youth by developing and piloting a new methodology based on good practices. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of youth workers and social enterprises, to create lasting collaborative networks and to increase opportunities for social integration of vulnerable youth in different contexts and countries by sharing knowledge and introducing innovative approaches.<< Implementation >>Three main activities will be implemented within the project: research and study visits, development and piloting of a new methodology for working with youth at risk, and dissemination events at national and international level. Within this framework, study visits will be organised, a methodology for working with youth at risk will be developed and validated, educational materials and online resources will be created, events, webinars and a conference will be organised to disseminate the results<< Results >>Expected outcomes include improved methods for working with youth at risk, new knowledge and skills for youth workers, and sustainable partnerships and collaborative networks. The project will have a long-term impact on the organisations and will provide wide access to the methodologies and learning resources created, which will be used both in the partner countries and in other social enterprises and NGOs in Europe.
