<< Objectives >>The project aims to develop and implement a European-wide mentoring certification system based on Open Badges, ensuring that mentoring skills are recognized by employers, training institutions, and policymakers. It will provide accessible, high-quality training for mentors, integrating career management skills (CMS), digital learning tools, and AI-driven personalization.
