<< Objectives >>The main objective is to improve the learning spaces to build up networks supporting the Local and Solidarity -based Partnerships for Agroecology’s (LSPA) path towards more viability, visibility and vivability.The specific objectives are SO1 to develop training tools and programmes for the LSPA and their networks to become more viable, SO2 to build up their capacity to communicate and advocate for the movement and SO3 to build resilient working environments and explore new ways of governance.<< Implementation >>The activities will be organized in 5 work packages. WP1 Project ManagementWP2 will focus on a self-assessment toolkit for the LSPAs and their networksWP3 will develop training programme and coaching activities to build a roadmap towards viabilityWP4 will focus on building up networks' capacity to be more visible and improve their internal and external communication WP5 aims to Increase the liveability of the networks through greater inclusion, equality and well-being << Results >>The main result expected from the ViVid project is the enhanced capacity of Local and Solidarity -based Partnerships for Agroecology network builders and practitioners (both staff and volunteers) to: assess the viability of their organisations; develop a roadmap to viability; to self assess the visibility of their organisations; to communicate internally and externally; to assess the liveability of their organisations; to facilitate collective processes and work in a digital era.
