<< Background >> The schools aim to contribute to the acquisition of essential skills for socio-professional, cultural/linguistic/personal development, digital literacy, active citizenship, inclusion and the development of an entrepreneurial spirit. Most of the schools are located in areas where tourism and gastronomy are the main source of income and students are involved in local and regional initiatives anchored in entrepreneurship education. One of the problems we want to solve is that it is reductive to work on this topic only at local, regional and national level, so exchange and contact with other countries will reduce weaknesses and replace them with opportunities in the future. The project contributes to providing students/teachers with skills that will enable them to have a more realistic idea of Europe, which will be disseminated to wider audiences. The development of personal, linguistic and digital skills is one of the main benefits sought. One of the needs is the difficulties that students, particularly the most disadvantaged, have in linguistic and digital terms and the project will be a unique opportunity.<< Objectives >>The objectives are: Increase the motivation/success of participants and other students who wish to take part, combating school dropout/social exclusion, promoting equal opportunities; Contribute to the development of students' professional and entrepreneurial skills; Improve students' language skills and knowledge of other territories in the EU; Increase digital skills; Contribute to the enrichment of regions, based on the sharing of practices, without detracting from the identity of each country; Contribute to the innovation of methodologies through the use of the products in the schools involved and in others (dissemination); Strengthen the link between the school and the tourism, hotel and restaurant sector and other stakeholders; Instrument the project as a differentiating strategy for attracting students, guaranteeing teaching based on innovation, inclusion and a culture of exchange, giving vitality to the Educational Project; Strengthen the network of collaboration between transnational partners. Several tangible results are expected, such as an APP, a website, multilingual publications and materials, and an international cooking course. << Implementation >>At the beginning of the project, a face-to-face meeting was held in Romania with all partners.Portugal asked a company to build the Mobile application. A website was created. An ebook was planned but we chose to integrate the information into the APP. Activities were carried out, such as face-to-face and distance meetings, project logo. The selection of students to participate in the mobilities was carried out, who will have to undergo an interview, which will be based on a set of criteria. Practical/logistical issues were ensured by schools on a platform of understanding. A set of linguistic/cultural preparation activities were outlined, and using new technologies, in which the most disadvantaged students were involved, increasing their opportunities on a platform of heritage. Participants receiving logistical support do not refer to travel organization, linguistic, cultural and pedagogical preparation, travel related to previously agreed activities and/or others, food, accommodation, insurance (civil liability, coverage). damage caused by participants, health, personal accidents/disability and assistance/repatriation.). Activities were carried out to publicize the training offer and publicize the project.<< Results >>Through the activities carried out over the course of the project, the aim was to achieve results such as an increase in essential skills, particularly at a professional, digital and linguistic level for all those involved, on a platform of inclusion and diversity, an increase in academic success and motivation for training. Other results are related to the internationalization of schools, increasing the positioning of VET and fostering links with the labour market. In addition, it is believed that one of the most important results will be long-term cooperation with the partners and increased experience for everyone, particularly the school in Portugal, which is almost a newcomer to this type of project. As planned, a number of tangible results have been achieved, such as an APP for mobile devices, a website, multilingual publications and materials, the Clil Methodology, the Kitchens of the World course, within the ECVET framework, using regional products, which will be used in the kitchen training area.
