Interkulturalne kompetencije i inovativni pristupi u radu s izbjeglicama i migrantima

<< Objectives >>The goal of the project is to develop intercultural competencies for people working with refugees and migrants, as well as todesign innovative approaches in working with this vulnerable group. We want to create a socially responsible integrationmodel and participate in building an intercultural society that fosters openness, tolerance and solidarity, where asylumseekers, persons under international protection and foreign workers feel safe and welcome<< Implementation >>Together with our partner organization, we will design an innovative digital handbook and presentations on the topic ofintercultural competencies and create a new digital platform for their presentation. We will organize workshops andconferences to disseminate the results. Additionally, we will produce a video showcasing good practices in the participatingorganizations, promoting interculturality and volunteerism. The handbook, presentations, and video will be translated intoEnglish.<< Results >>We will successfully educate 120 individuals from participating and other organizations working with refugees and migrants,70 of whom will successfully apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their work. We expect aminimum of 300 downloads of the handbook and presentations on digital platforms and the signing of 70 new volunteeragreements. Representatives of 15 organizations from 5 European countries will participate in the 2 conferences.
