"<< Background >>The employment of young people, especially in small settlements, faces a number of obstacles that are a significant barrier to their professional integration. Difficulties are even greater in a pandemic context as this hinders the effective participation of young people and their sustainable integration into the labour market. The motivation of the Youth Digital Kickstart project team, No. 2022-1-BG01-KA210-YOU-000081205 was to offer opportunities to reduce these negative effects by offering the possibility of inclusion, through innovative technologies such as blockchain and NFT, which are highly relevant and their application is growing at a very fast pace in a large number of industries. The NFT market is new and growing dynamically. It provides many opportunities for development and professional realization in it is not influenced by geographical location. Through its implementation, the project has achieved building an innovative blockchain platform for offering NFT products, which has provided many young people with the opportunity to successfully realize their creative projects in the field of digital arts.<< Objectives >>The Covid-19 situation has led to an increase in the proportion of young people who cannot find work. These rates are particularly high among young people who have decided to pursue a career in arts. The opportunities they have to market their production are very limited. Very few of them manage to get the chance to exhibit their work in galleries, so they are increasingly using the opportunities provided by the Internet. In response to these needs, the Youth Digital Kickstart project aimed to ""Identify, transfer and implement innovative practices in the field of art by building skills in digitizing and developing next generation NFT - non fungible token art"". We achieved this by: building partnerships with a focus on employment; implementing collaborations related to the exchange of experiences, good practices and models to ensure sustainable youth employment; raising public awareness through the dissemination and transfer of the innovative outcomes resulting from the applied practice. At the end of the project, we report that we have achieved all the set objectives and built on our initial experience.<< Implementation >>Project activities included:- Activity 1: Online survey ""Identification of factors influencing youth employment in Bulgaria and Greece"". Its main objective was to analyze the target group's opportunities and attitudes to use the innovations in the digital era and in particular in the arts.- Activity 2: Exchange of experiences and transfer of good practices between the partners, through four in-person and two additional online workshops.- Activity 3: Qualitative research on the attitudes and motivation of the target groups through 5 focus groups on the need to learn innovative, digital skills for their career.- Activity 4: Development of a blockchain web platform for the creation and exchange of NFT products. Through the platform (a type of marketplace), any user can develop their own products, collaborate with others to create larger projects, or exchange NFTs.- Activity 5: Test, present and evaluate the platform. A series of events related to testing the platform, presenting its functionality to the target group and evaluating the performance were organized.- Activity 6: Publicity and final information event on young people and digital professions of the future - ""Club digital"".<< Results >>Career guidance for young people in the field of digital art is at an early stage. It is based on blockchain technology. This innovative field of expression holds enormous potential for the future work of anyone interested in new technologies and the professions of the future. Through the implementation of the project activities, we have achieved the introduction of innovative practices to overcome youth unemployment by developing a new generation of art, namely: the development of an innovative blockchain web platform for the creation and exchange of NFT products - https://digital-youth-kickstart.eu/ . It was the final product of the project, the result of the efforts of the two participating organizations - Association ""ESTETICA"", Bulgaria and ""NEOANALYSIS"", Greece, which within 13 months, worked actively to provide better opportunities for young people for professional realization. The successful implementation of the project activities led to the optimization of the conditions for the inclusion of young people in the labour market, through the transfer and introduction of innovative social practice, which also contributed to the implementation of the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme."
