Mental Wellbeing in the Post-Covid Workplace

<< Objectives >>MINDWORK will address the mental health challenges faced by individuals of all ages from different EU countries, particularly trainees, employees & employers dealing with cross-border mobility. The overall aim is to contribute, with the help of VET practitioners, to the creation of mentally healthy work environments that prioritize diversity, inclusion & the overall wellbeing of all workers. Using green digital resources, we will promote coping strategies for mental wellbeing in the workplace.<< Implementation >>Over the 15 months of the project, the partners will implement 3 main activities: 1. Project Management and Green Sharing, Promotion & Exploitation2. Compendium for Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace3. Action Plans for Diversity and Inclusion PracticesThe partners come from Ireland, Spain and Austria, each bringing a diversity of experience and taking responsibility for specific areas in order to provide the greatest added value for the target groups and the wider community.<< Results >>The 3 partners will produce:- 1 Project Management and Implementation Report & 1 Green Hybrid Conference Sharing, Promotion, and Exploitation Strategies Kit- 1 Digital Compendium for Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace- Action Plans for Diversity and Inclusion Practices The MINDWORK Results will be open source, digitally based, available in 3 languages (English, Spanish and German) and downloadable from partner websites, social media pages and Community of Practice on EPALE.
