<< Objectives >>- To equip 24 mentors with the necessary technical knowledge and skills to mentor 48 seniors how to use digital tools to improve their daily lives.-To enhance the capacity and sustainability of six partner organizations involved in the project, enabling them to effectively deliver high-quality mentor-supported digital skills training to seniors.- To create a collaborative, cross-border network of six partner organizations, sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative mentoring approaches.<< Implementation >>Besides the management activities, the main activities of the project are:- Selection of the 24 representatives of the partners who will become mentors and the 48 seniors who will be mentored to use smartphones in their daily lives.- Drafting the intellectual outputs: Course support to train mentors, an E-Guide and an E-learning Platform- Organizing a training course for training the 24 mentors- Mentoring activities for the 48 seniors- Updating intellectual outputs.- Six multiplier events.<< Results >>The project results will be the following:- 24 mentors who will hold mentoring and digital skills- a Course Support with clearly defined learning objectives and detailed lesson plans- a user-friendly E-Guide that serves as a reference for both digital mentors and seniors- an interactive E-learning Platform that facilitates the training of digital mentors for senior users- 48 seniors who know how to use smartphones- 6 NGOs with an increased level of expertise in digital mentoring activities
