Updating Inclusion and Diversity Approaches In Education For a Bright Future

<< Objectives >>To gain international knowledge, skills and competences against problem situations by increasing awareness of disadvantaged groups.To develop our institutional capacities while improving academic achievement and progress towards placement in a higher educational institution, by preventing school disengagement, early school leaving and educational underachievement. To develop trust in our schools through communication and co-operation, promoting inclusion, equality and non-discrimination.<< Implementation >>In our project, we have planned 3 physical mobilities, local activities and online meetings. Each physical mobility in our project will be attended by 7 students and 3 teachers from each school and 30 participants in total. Each mobility will last 5 days. 90 people will participate in all mobilisations. In our physical mobilities where we will learn new methods and techniques on inclusion and diversity, we will carry out ‘Peer Mediation’, “COCOBE” and ‘Drama’ activities respectively.<< Results >>We will develop our institutional capacities by including innovative methods and techniques that make an international difference on inclusion and diversity in the education and training programmes of our schools working with disadvantaged groups. We will maximise the trust in our institutions through communication and cooperation between parents, students, teachers, schools and students, while bringing EU values to the forefront and developing the awareness of European citizenship.
