<< Background >>Activities supporting women’s access to education and training in favoring employability, entrepreneurship and labour market reinsertion are very important in all Europe. This project identifies how to empower women in NEETs to strengthen their technical and entrepreneurial skills in creative industries so that they can actively take part in economic activities, empower women by the development of their skills, find jobs, and earn money. The project directly met the identified needs and priorities for combating unemployment and sustainable economic development. It aimed to improve the social and work skills of young women with NEETs, including women with rheumatic diseases, by developing their soft and digital skills by including them in a series of targeted training. In addition, they received additional training materials through the use of green techniques such as a MOOC. The project was an excellent opportunity for the inclusion of newly established organizations, without previous experience such as HATI (BG) and Ipazia (Ro), to gain knowledge and experience. This is a good initial step for cooperation at European level of these organizations and development of transnational partnerships on inclusion and employ-ability issues.<< Objectives >>The PEGASUS project aime to help young women NEET, mainly from disadvantaged rural areas, to open their wings and pursue a career in the creative industry sector. A special consideration, reflected in the adjustment of OER and selection of participants, was given to young women suffering from rheumatic diseases. The specific objectives achieved by the PEGASUS project are:(i) Capacity building of new-coming organisations(ii) Strengthening employability of young people (YOUTH priority) through training(iii) Inclusion and diversity in all field (HORIZONTAL priority) through addressing women NEET, from disadvantaged rural areas and in part suffering from rheumatic diseases(iv) Raising awareness in green policies and circular economy(v) Adapting vocational education and training to labor market needs (VET priority). Developed OER will be disseminated to VET providers to use in tailored training aiming to the creative industry.Additionally, PEGASUS directly addresses the following European Youth Goals:# 7. Quality employment for All#6 Moving Rural Youth Forward# 3 Inclusive Societies# 8 Quality Learningto a less degree:# 10 Sustainable Green Europe# 2 Equality of all genders# 11 Youth organizations and European Programme. << Implementation >>After the KoM held in Greece, online meetings were organized every month for a proper continuous PM and quality assurance. Ipazia prepared a PM Manual in May 2022 and a project Action & Milestones plan, discussed and updated at every monthly meeting, according to the activities evolution in every country. Since April 2022, a strong Dissemination campaign started in every country, according to the Dissemination Plan prepared by Ipazia in May 2022. Project website (https://pegasusproject.eu/) was completed at the end of September in English, then translated in all partners languages. A TPM was organized at the beginning of November in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) as a 3 full working days event (a half-day dedicated to the TPM and 2 full-days as capacity building ToT). A Methodology of Target Group selection was drafted by Ipazia: starting from summer 2022, courses on Soft skills (PR1) & Digital Skills (PR2) were drafted by Ipazia & CRETHIDEV experts. We developed training programs and an introduction of e-learning material (MOOC) for PEGASUS project’s TG. All was tested at the ToT, using also other 3 online days. The content became a supporting tool for the training course. Platform was created via Moodle & training started in all countries. << Results >>During this 15 months implementation period, PEGASUS project realized 4 major activities:A1.
