"<< Background >>We wanted to increase the soft skills of our students. This because we noticed that some of our students had a gap in soft skills here. These soft skills are important to obtain and retain job. << Objectives >>With better soft skills, students would have an easier time in internship placements and later in the workplace. Hard skills we teach them during classes. Soft skills we also try to teach but that is more difficult to work on in school during classes. Soft skills are important in the workplace. Well-developed soft skills make cooperation easier in the workplace. We noticed that our VET students still needed to work on this. We also wanted to develop a guideline/ protocol for a game about soft skills. We wanted to develop a survey to measure their self-confidence before and after a project meeting and we wanted to develop a small game about soft skills. << Implementation >>We have organized three projects meetings. There was a clear line of learning in these meetings. The first meeting revolved around a workshop: ""how to develop an educational game. The second meeting was about putting together a game under the supervision of the teacher beforehand and having it played during the meeting. The third meeting was to develop a game on the spot and supervise it for an unknown group. In addition, during the first meeting we worked out a prototcol/guideline to create an educational game. And we used the survey throughout all the project meetings<< Results >>Protocol/ survey/ game"
