<< Objectives >>Objectives:-To increase the digital competencies of 25 youth workers so that they can provide tutoring and training services in digital skills to vulnerable youth at risk.-To raise the level of digital competencies of 100 vulnerable youths so that they may have access to educational and employment opportunities.-To develop the organizational capacity of each partner to offer training and tutoring services in digital skills.<< Implementation >>- Selection of tutors and selection of vulnerable young people who will receive tutoring in digital skills.- Design and development of the curriculum for the tutors' training.- Training course for the tutors and creation of a manual to be used by both tutors and the students who will be trained.- Development of a web application for monitoring and supporting young students.- Evaluation and information sessions.<< Results >>- 25 youth workers will participate in a training course and implement a Tutoring Program for young vulnerable.- 100 young vulnerable from the 5 partner countries, by participating in the Digital Tutoring Program, will have better digital skills and will access education opportunities and the labor market more easily and confidently.- The partner organizations will be able to offer these tutoring services.
