<< Objectives >>Through working meetings and study visits in various settings, we will explore and analyze approaches of youth work in open spaces. We will create educational materials for using innovative approaches in youth work, test and optimize them at two pilot events, integrate them into the programs of participating organizations and share them with the wider community.<< Implementation >>Project aims to improve the quality of youth work through the implementation of the Playwork approach. The project will provide youth workers with new tools for working with young people, especially vulnerable groups. It will encourage the development of innovative learning approaches, strengthen collaboration among organizations, and expand the network of adventure playgrounds for the sustainable development of inclusive communities.<< Results >>Project will strengthen the competences of youth workers with the Playwork approach. The methods tested in various settings will be shared in training manual and digital resources, reaching a wider professional audience, supporting learning and connecting new members to the Adventure Playgrounds Network. We will increase the visibility of Playwork and encourage its inclusion in youth work, social welfare, and urban planning strategies.
