<< Background >>The idea for this project came after a conversation within our Loesje network, where we discussed the needs of new organisations that recently joined us. One of our main goals is to promote inclusive and creative youth work by improving project management skills. Some of the organisations that became part of our network before the pandemic, such as Loesje Bulgaria and GNU, share the same values and goals as us. However, they need support in becoming active participants in the Erasmus+ program. They want to develop their own projects and improve the way they manage them, but they still lack experience in this field. We decided that the Small Scale Partnership format was the best solution. Through this cooperation, we aimed to strengthen their capacities in project management and improve the quality of their future Erasmus+ initiatives. We learned from each other, exchanged good practices, and organised a Training Course focused on project management. By working together, we also prepared and submitted Erasmus+ applications, ensuring that all organisations involved gained valuable experience and confidence in managing their own projects successfully.<< Objectives >>First of all we wanted to point out some important key values in the base of the project management such as: presentation of NGOs strengths and weaknesses, searching for partners, financial management, interpersonal relations and based on these key aspects to build a team, cohesion, public relations and inclusion practices. The objectives of this project were:- Increasing capacities in project management of Erasmus+ projects (especially Training Courses)- Strengthening the cooperation between organisations with different capacities - Creation of a Toolbox that can help newcomers in quality project management of Erasmus+ projects - Train 16 project coordinators, trainers, and project writers on tools and methods for quality project management of Erasmus+ projects Specific objective:- Development of 3 project ideas into applications that will be applied in the following deadlines in different National Agencies<< Implementation >>In this project we implemented the following activities: 3 Partner Meetings (Kick-Off in Berlin, Germany, Mid-term meeting in Napoli, Italy and Final Meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria)1 Training Course on quality project management of Erasmus+ projects (Ohrid, North Macedonia)Development and creation of a Toolkit for quality Project Management Development of a new common website for the 4 partner organisation, where best practice, useful resources and other information is shared13 Local activities for dissemination and promotion of tools, methods and project results (3 per country on average, 4 in Berlin, Germany)Project Management activities within our organisations<< Results >>An online and printed Toolkit with information, tools and methods for increasing quality of project and organisational management, available online free of charge in English, Bulgarian, Italian and North Macedonian: https://loesjehub.org/resources/ 16 youth workers, trainers and project managers trained in quality standards for project and organisational management 13 local activities with over 100 participants for dissemination of the project, project results, Erasmus+ program, tools and methods Numerous educational online posts connected to the topic3 project ideas applied in different National AgenciesOutside of the planned activities: a website that gathers resources and information about our organisations and their current activities. This project also offered a great ground for development of organisational management: the team, interpersonal relations, financial management, tools and methods.
