<< Objectives >>The project aims to improve capacities and exchange good practices in youth work among European organizations with diverse background and improve their competencies to work internationally, include new actors in the European network to boost their local impact, improve the partners' digital skills to increase quality and innovation in youth work, help the youth develop green skills and sustainable practices, enhance their sense of European citizenship through participation in civic topics.<< Implementation >>We will implement the introductory Kick-off Meeting where the details of project implementation, needs and results will be summarized, a Training Course for the youth workers to create a digital open education resource and to exchange know-how and gain new skills, a Youth Exchange, where digital campaigns will be created by the youth, and a Closing Meeting to assess the discuss overal project implementation. Apart from these, various follow-up and paralel local activities will be carried out.<< Results >>We will create a digital open education resource to be used further by youth workers to support their youth work practice, by young people to enhance their learning, and others. Young people will implement local offline activities as part of the project and carry out online campaigns to enhance the dissemination. The last intended result will be the final report of the project, containing assessment of the partnership, of achievements, activities, dissemination and learning outcomes.
