The Nordic Film Path

<< Objectives >>The Nordic Film Path aims to strengthen collaboration, develop unified teaching methods, and prepare educators for working together for the upcoming camps. By bringing together our teachers, the project ensures that all partners share a common pedagogical approach, effective communication strategies, and practical tools for film education. The goal is to create a sustainable and inclusive framework for film training for young people in rural areas and enhances long-term collaboration.<< Implementation >>The project will gather all participating educators for two joint workshops, where they will share knowledge, test teaching methods, and refine workshop structures for the summer camps. The meet-ups will include practical exercises, strategy discussions, and team-building activities to ensure a fulfilled cooperation. Teachers will also establish evaluation methods, communication protocols and resource-sharing strategies to maintain effective collaboration throughout the project and beyond.<< Results >>A well-structured and tested educational framework for film training, ensuring consistent, high-quality teaching during the summer camps. It will also strengthen cross-border collaboration, equipping educators with new skills, teaching methodologies and shared resources for long-term use. The meet-ups and subsequent camps will create a sustainable network of film educators, fostering continued exchange and cooperation. The summer camps in turn will generate at least six short films by youths.
