Freedom of speech

<< Objectives >>Enabling youth to raise their voice and protect their right to freedom of speech and to strengthen democracy. Freedom of speech is practiced differently from country to country and seems more relevant than ever. We want to raise youth´s awareness and to gain knowledge, insight and different perspectives through an open exchange of opinions and reflections. We want to provide youth with a platform for free speech and to encourage transnational communication and understanding through art.<< Implementation >>- Recruiting youth to participate in the project- Workshop in Hungary w/youth and artists from the 4 partner countries- Workshop w/artistic team, developing methods of interactivity and participation, - Follow up workshop with youth locally, as well as inviting more local youth into this project activity.- Workshop in Lithuania w/ local youth and artistic team from the 4 partner countries- Digital transnational meetings. Management, planning, follow up, evaluation<< Results >>- We expect to gain valuable insight and knowledge from and about the youth participants. - Provide the youth with a platform where they can raise their voices and be heard, and that they can continue to use and pay forward- Development of new methods and tools of interactivity and participation in creating relevant art for young people.- Each partner country will produce performances for youth (co-created/devised/ or influenced directly by youth). that will tour in the respective countries.
