The customisable areas of training and the toolkit make it adaptable for different kinds of learners. The training will be supported by user guides for learners and trainers.<< Implementation >>The main activity areas will be:1.Discover and identify experiences, wishes and good practices on job search & career training. Create the framework for training and a framework guide with recommendations.2.Develop: Creating the training & toolkit on skills, competence and career identification.3.Enable future use of the outcomes: Pilot the training, run training of trainers, and create user guides for it based on this experience.4.Promote and communicate the project and its outcomes.<< Results >>The main results:1.
