From Your Balcony to the Green Future

<< Objectives >>As a result of the decrease in biodiversity caused by climate change, there have been increases in the prices of agriculturalproducts. Increasing agricultural food prices affect adults economically in Europe. Continuing increases in greenhouse gases pose a challenge to the food needs of future generations. Therefore, we want to combat climate change by teaching adults how to grow daily food needs on their balconies and passing this knowledge on to future generations.<< Implementation >>Creative ideas will be put forward to learn equipment that will help adults grow plants on their balconies and to make someagricultural equipment from waste. Adults will prepare the soil they will use according to the characteristics of the plants theywill grow on the balconies and will be able to make natural fertilizers. You will be taught how to design balconies according to energy efficiency. As a result, a digital book for adult education containing these topics will be created.<< Results >>These results will collectively contribute to the overarching goal of raising awareness, imparting practical skills, and fostering a sustainable approach to combating climate change among adults in Europe.The partnership will generate an intellectual output. This output will cover various aspects, including equipment for balcony gardening, construction examples from waste, homemade fertilizer production, soil preparation, and practical information about planting and maintaining plants.
