<< Background >>During the COVID crisis, many trainers, training structures and learners were left at a loss due to a lack of foresight, creating major disparities in training provision. Some centers had standard solutions, others did not.We wanted to pass on, enrich and share our experience and the lessons learned from this crisis. By anticipating the steps required for resilience, we aim to prepare ourselves preventively for any future risks. Our aim is to strengthen our pedagogy with remote, hybrid or asynchronous modes, in order to solidify our national training networks. We are also keen to exchange views on the issues we encounter, and to find simple, flexible solutions. Our aim is to offer shared results to the teaching community, and to make these results public to anyone involved in a teaching approach, while at the same time initiating a reflection on the future of the training profession based on the experience of the COVID crisis<< Objectives >>In implementing this project, we wanted to adapt training solutions that are diversified, shared and evolving in the context of the company, while making them secure in the face of possible future crises. This approach is based on the shared and comparative experience of the various players involved and on innovation born of shared reflection. We also wanted to create simple solutions that would ensure the resilience and sustainability of training approaches. Contextualizing the social, financial and material issues involved was one of our objectives, in order to propose strategies for anticipating or developing the management of training centers and teaching methods. It was also important for us to assess and integrate the constraints that create real barriers to resilience and pedagogical continuity in the face of potential external events. Finally, our aim was to formalize these solutions in a synthetic study that would be disseminated, along with examples of online course modules, so that educational organizations could integrate them into their teacher training<< Implementation >>To implement this project, we initiated several key activities to achieve our goals. First, we organized a series of meetings to get to know each other and exchange ideas to strengthen international cooperation and share best practices. Second, we developed a detailed questionnaire on the current state of player training in the different countries of the partnership, which allowed us to gather key data for our analysis and to assess the needs of the target groups. We also carried out a rigorous process of information gathering, drafting and summarizing, drawing on contributions from all partners. This phase was followed by a process of joint and collaborative construction of the proposed solutions, facilitating the emergence of innovative ideas adapted to different national contexts.Pilot activities were carried out for the three models built, in order to gather valuable feedback from educators involved in a continuous improvement approach. At the same time, promotion, publication and dissemination activities were carried out to ensure a wide dissemination of the results and impact of the project.<< Results >>Comparative study of possible strategies and resources in the different countries of the partnership: An in-depth analysis was carried out to compare the different approaches and resources available in the partner countries in order to identify the best strategies and harmonize efforts.- Creation of a practical guide to the ergonomics and organization of teleworking and telelearning, providing practical recommendations for optimizing remote working and learning conditions, thus fostering a more productive and healthier environment.- Create a skills validation toolbox to assess and recognize the skills acquired by learners, thus facilitating their professional integration.- Identification of best practices: A compilation of best practices that provides a valuable resource for educators and trainers seeking to improve their teaching methods and techniques.- Creation of a public dissemination website to share project results with a wider audience, ensuring greater visibility and accessibility of information.
