"<< Background >>We applied for this project to tackle the critical issue of workplace inclusion for neurodiverse individuals, who make up around 20-22% of the EU population. Conditions like Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, ADHD, Asperger Syndrome, Autism, Tourette Syndrome, and Dyscalculia are prevalent, yet many individuals go undiagnosed until adulthood, facing challenges in education and work environments. While educational institutions have implemented support systems for neurodiverse students, most organizations are still designed for ""neurotypicals,"" leaving neurodiverse people at a disadvantage when it comes to finding and retaining employment. The NeuroPower project addresses these needs by focusing on:- VET Trainers- VET Trainers specialized in Special Educational Needs- Human Resources Managers across different organizations- Managers from all type of Organizations- Experts in educational & social- Experts in Special Educational Needs (educational psychologists, clinical psychologists, therapists)- Psychologists and mental The goal is to equip these professionals with the skills and tools needed to create inclusive environments, improve employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals, and foster a more inclusive workplace culture<< Objectives >>The ""Neurodiversity Power"" project aims to foster a culture of inclusion for neurodiverse individuals in organizations by developing the right roles, environments, and leadership. Our goal is to raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace.Five partners from four countries, including VET Centres (ACTA-Ro), Health Foundations (BOSEV-Tk), Innovative SMEs (Innowa-Es), HR consultants (CATRO-Bg), and NGOs specialized in Social and Economic Research (Weber Foundation-Es), collaborated strategically to:- Develop basic and transversal skills through a Handbook with methodologies, techniques, and tools for organizations.- Promote informal learning to build self-confidence, break barriers, and empower neurodiverse individuals.- Create a Curriculum program for HR managers and VET trainers with creative tools to enhance skills for working with neurodiverse individuals.- Develop guidelines for certifying organizations as inclusive, achieving the ""NeuroPower Quality Seal.""- Establish a NeuroPower Hub of VET trainers to increase visibility and ensure project sustainability.<< Implementation >>The 'Neurodiversity Power' project implemented the following key activities:1. National Seminars were held in Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, and Madrid, along with a Final Conference in Valencia. These seminars targeted VET Trainers, SEN experts, HR managers from both public and private sectors, and VET professionals. The aim was to share the project's progress (IO1 and IO2) and specifically present the methodologies and findings developed. Additionally, these events offered a platform for other experts and professionals to exchange views and experiences related to neurodiversity, based on the knowledge gained by the project partners.More information: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nKWIXfnVkBiejsXBB1TCClrycmvxiM6S?usp=drive_link 2. The managers from the organization will have specific competences and skills and so the project will design a Curriculum. Last, for those companies that will implement this procedure we want to develop a ""European Neurodiversity Quality Seal"" so they will be recognized for their work on inclusion through a certification. We elaborate the following results:- Handbook to organize the methodologies for inclusion, - Curriculum Programme with different training modules, - We made a procedure to implement the methodologies learnt and certificate Organizations as they are a Neuro Inclusive workplace, - We create an Award ""Neurodiversity Quality Seal"" for those organizations working with the Neurodiversity Power methodology, - We are working on the creation of a digital online NeuroPower Trainer´s Hub to exchange information and create awareness, We test all the training materials in a LTTA in Madrid with 15 VET trainers/HHRR managers, To achieve all of this results we have the result in three intellectual outputs: IO1: Handbook - Methodologies, techniques and tools to Manage Neurodiversity at the Organizations IO2: Neurodiversity Manager Curriculum IO3: Neurodiversity Quality Seal: Proceeding to Certify an OrganizationMore information about the results of our project: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1eFUitmiZrqRIKeOw2_4KM8pRFepk3qkW?usp=drive_link"
