Greening for Good: Empowering adult entrepreneurs and employees to improve their eco-impact

<< Objectives >>Greening for Good (G4G) is a project aiming at capacity building of adult entrepreneurs in adopting green and sustainable practices in response to our planet's climate emergency, with following specific objectives:SO1 Applicants capitalize on their experience by developing learning paths on green and sustainable entrepreneurshipSO2 Participants become familiar with tools that can improve their green impactSO3 Involved SMEs establish good partnerships locally to work on society paradigm shift<< Implementation >>The project G2G foresees the following activities:2 National trainings (1 in Germany, 1 in Italy) for adult professionals of local SMEs;2 international exchanges (1st in Italy, 2nd in Germany) for the participants of the national trainings2 public events for European SMEs on environmental themes (in occasion of the international exchanges)1 public event tailored to accelerators, incubators, innovation agencies and SME support organisations in order to illustrate and promote learnings<< Results >>30 adult professionals from entrepreneurial sector trained (15 per country) with specific expertise and tools necessary to integrate environmental aspects into consideration to build a greener business and planet,A place for adult professionals from SMEs to exchange good practices and experience on environmental issues,A formal and informal exchange between the participants of the consortium,Guidelines aimed at business support organizations, in order to share the knowledge and methodology
