FULCRUM - Skills development for future-proof socio-cultural centres

<< Objectives >>FULCRUM’s general objectives are to build capacity of socio-cultural operators in Europe on topics related to environmental sustainability and community building, by creating tailor-made upskilling pathways, and to enable sectoral transformation and change. Create time and space for reflection to co-design new visions, promote the development of skills through a train-the-trainer approach and disseminate the produced materials and learning outcomes beyond the project's target group.<< Implementation >>● Organisation and facilitation of 3 large pan-European online brainstorms on sustainable transition involving socio-cultural professionals and experts● Organisation and implementation of 2 tailor-made non-formal training programmes in blended format on the topics of ecological transformation and community activation;● Organisation of various multiplier and dissemination activities (national and European level), which will share results within both new and existing networks.<< Results >>● A European socio-cultural sector that is more skilled and equipped for the future on the topics of environmental sustainability and community building● 3 open-access reports condensing the results of the WP2 trajectory on sustainable transition● 2 open-access toolkits (and other outputs structured in other inspiring formats) resulting from the 2 training programmes● Multiplier and dissemination activities● Long-lasting relationships among the participants targeted by the FULCRUM activities
