<< Objectives >>Ppoject partners want to:1. Develop Skills and Employment Opportunities: Enhance the knowledge and skills of young people in spirits production to support their employability in the spirits and tourism sectors.2. Promote Spirit Tourism and Cultural Identity: Preserve Culinary Heritage and enable Cultural Exploitation.3. Foster Regional Cooperation: Strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange between European countries, enabling sustainable collaborations in the spirit industry and tourism.<< Implementation >>The project aim and objectives will be achieved through the implementation of activities gathered in 5 WP: WP1: Project managementWP2: Vocational Training and Skills DevelopmentWP3: Innovation and Product Development WP4: Cultural Heritage and Responsible Consumption WP5: Dissemination & Exploitation of Project Results. The project will take place in 4 European states and each WP has an appointed organisation that is responsible for the successful implementation of their designated WP.<< Results >>1.Acquired knowledge and skills in distillates production and sustainable practices.2.Enhanced entrepreneurial capabilities.3.Developed competencies in designing and marketing spirit tourism packages to promote regional specialities and attract tourists.4.Increased awareness and understanding of the intangible cultural heritage.5.Manual for distillates production, list of new spirit recipes, collection of traditional knowledge, recipes, and stories related to spirit production.
