<< Objectives >>At the same time, industrial digital progress requires the further development and flexibilization of vocational training. This project, in which a virtual learning environment is being set up as a digital twin for teachers, can drive innovation and digital development in schools. Through self-directed and agile learning with the DigiTwin platform, teachers can promote their own knowledge for training and further education in a flexible and targeted manner.<< Implementation >>As part of the project, the freely accessible learning platform DigiTwin (for teachers) will be implemented with several learning modules. These will be tested by teachers in 2 LTTAs and examined and optimized in terms of effectiveness using suitable evaluation methods. 3 TPMs accompany the project and also serve to prepare the two LTTAs. Accompanying project management ensures quality and target achievement over the entire duration of the project.<< Results >>This project aims to create the virtual learning platform DigiTwin on the topic of digital twins, which enables teachers to train flexibly and independently using interactive methods. Self-developed or existing simulation models can be created or integrated for teaching situations. Thanks to a high number of qualified teachers, the digital twin will be more strongly integrated into the training and further education of vocational schools.
