<< Objectives >>The main goal is to increase the number of youth workers (YW) able to guide queer young people (QYP) online with regards to the topics of body, agency and gender (BAG). The specific objectives areSO1: To equip YW working with QYP with specific knowledge on the BAG themesSO2: To provide YW with concrete learning opportunities, activities and tools based on non-formal education to address the BAG themesSO3: To increase YW's awareness of the relevance of their role in addressing the needs of QYP<< Implementation >>The activities are:- Development of a didactic concept and a digital online course for YW on how to address the BAG themes with QYP- 7-day training course to provide 16 YW with skills on how to address the BAG themes with QYP- Pilot tests of the workshops developed in the training course and development of an Educational Handbook to collect such workshops- Development of a podcast to increase YW's awareness of their role in supporting QYP- 4 multiplier to disseminate the project’s results<< Results >>The results are:- A 20-page didactic concept with the methodologies to use in youth work with QYP- A 6-lesson digital online course for YW about the challenges faced by QYP online with regards to the BAG topics- A training format with non-formal education methods for YW to address the BAG topics with QYP- An Educational Handbook with 12 workshop plans on the BAG topics targeting QYP- An 8-episode podcast in Eng to raise awareness on the importance of YW in addressing the BAG topics with QYP
