HANDS TOGETHER: SUPPORTING ADULT EDUCATORS AND SENIORS WITH MEMORY LOSS (DEMENTIA) THROUGH INCLUSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE INTER-GENERATIONAL LEARNING BASED ON VR SIMULATIONS
