<< Background >>Needs of our project groups:-seniors need to be digitally included in digital transformation and have less fear during this inclusion - they need to be supported all the time- seniors need to stay in good wellbeing and leave their brains active - thanks to using different parts of brains during robot usage - senior educators need tools, and methods to teach seniors digital issues - youth and senior educators, keepers need the appropriate approach to the senior digital education Needs of our organizations: - to prepare a complex program with the usage of robots and intergenerational components for senior educators and keepers to showthem how to have an appropriate approach to senior digital education and use new tools for it - to make seniors less scared by the new technologies and feel more needed thanks to the intergenerational component in which they will be also teachers - to teach seniors how to use new technologies - robots to run our brains - to make young people more aware of the appropriate approach to teach their grandparents, digital things << Objectives >>Objectives which we wanted to reach:- increasing skills and knowledge among seniors teachers, trainers, leaders and guardians how to teach them digital skills with simple robots usage - increasing the appropriate approach among teachers, keepers to teach the digital skills for seniors - increasing the skills and knowlegde in precision, logical, analytical and creative thinking of seniors - increasing the ability to work with new technologies, toole etc in senior environment - decreasing the fear of new tech among seniorsWe think that all objectives were implemented. We reached mentioned in the project indicators, in some cases like dissemination with results, we exceeded the level. The evaluation after testing our our program was really high, the reviews also. SO for us it was enough t think that the project was implemented with high quality and the results will be used by participants.<< Implementation >>Activities implemened:- creation the program for digital work for adult educators composed of 4 components: - digital work approach for seniors -precision, logical, analytical and creative thinking in digital work for seniors - simple robots functionalities for elderlypeople - intergenerational component composed of sharing forgotten skills bases like macrame or crocheting foryouth to build the network of young and elderly people who can exchange the skills- creation the self-learning manual for seniors with the same 4 compotents- organization of 3 pilot testing of our results in Poladn, Spain and ireland with 60 participants, lncluding seniors and some youth- promotion (building the webpage, mailing of newsletters - 4) and dissemination, including organization of 3 Innovative Senior Fairs in Poland, Spain and Ireland with more than 90 participants- management and evaluation- 2 transnational meetings - in Poland at the beginning and in Dublin at the end of the project<< Results >>- 1 program for senior leaders, guardians, trainers to teach seniors about logical, analytical and creative thinking with simple robots usage composed of 4 components: digital work approach for seniors; precision, logical, analytical and creative thinking in digital work for seniors; simple robots functionalities for elderly people; intergenerational component with youth engagement as an experience exchange component - 2 testing the program per partner with 60 participants and their evaluation - 1 manual for digital individual learn for seniors- 3 external reviews about the program and manual- 3 Innovative Senior Fairs with more than 90 participants engaged- 4 project' newsletters- project' website - newtechseniorleader.eu
