<< Objectives >>The FOR-J project aims to share good practices at the European level related to conflict management between youth, with a special focus on conflicts arising out of migration backgrounds and discriminations. It also aims to develop innovative digital educational tools to train youth workers in alternative conflict resolution techniques, restorative practices, and peace building.<< Implementation >>a) Digital Storytelling for conflict management, using storymapping and visual storytelling for sharing best practices related to the application of restorative justice mechanisms and alternative methods for conflict management;b) Pilot activities for four action plans in Belgium, Italy, Romania and Slovenia;c) Multisensory space methodology and pilot phase to be implemented between youth;d) Communication and dissemination activities, including four national final conferences.<< Results >>a) digital storytelling - 16 international good practices related to alternative means of conflict solutions between youth;b) 4 actions plans, to be implemented in 4 countries;c) multisensory spaces, to be implemented between youth with different cultural background. The three results are closely linked to each other, as the digital storytelling and the previous assessment will serve as inspiration for teachers/youth workers, and for the development of the action plans and multisensory spaces.
