"<< Background >>While regulations against discrimination have conventionally been vindicated and conveyed in terms of various principles of equality, tensions between these notions of equality erode their cohesion. Discrimination is still a major problem in today's world. The OUR STAGE project aimed to fight the descriminitation of Roma people, to eliminate the stereotypes and to designate the importance of barriers that the ROMA people face, as well as to bring to the forefront the culture, the history, the traditions of ROMA Community. Moreover, the project addressed the following needs through the implementation of the promised outputs: - promoted the active role and participation in the creative sector of youth Romani artists and travelers, by giving the opportunity to youth Romani people be integrated into labor market of creative sector, - trained the youth Romani artists and travelers on how to implement in a right way the performances through innovative rehearsals and cooperation ways -raised awareness and fought discrimination against Roma people and specifically to youth Romani artists and travelers -boosted the collaboration between Roma and non-Roma targeting promoting the topic social inclusion.<< Objectives >>The specific objectives of that we wanted to achieve, and in reality were achieved are the following: 1) we promoted the active role and participation in the creative sector of youth Romani artists and travelers2) we gave the opportunity to youth Romani people be integrated into labor market of creative sector3) we trained youth Romani artists and travellers on how to implement in a right way the performances4) we raised awareness and fought discrimination against Roma people and specifically to youth Romani artists and travellers through innovative ways and through real life stories 5) we boosted the collaboration between Roma and non-Roma targeting the promotion of social inclusion, achieving to develop string bonds between the different communities In this project, the methodology that used for the implementation of OUR STAGE focused also to present the topics of prejudice,human rights empowerment, equality among people and equality in all sectors of everyday life, empathy, support of intercultural dialogues and cooperation and Romani positive narrative as a creative form to educate people to be more open and to accept the diversity, supporting and promoting the inclusivity.<< Implementation >>1. Development of the OUR STAGE SCRIPT entitled ""Change Through Theatre"" which has 51 pages2. Interviews and questionnaires as extra activities in order to identify the needs of our target groups and form a more effective SCRIPT and PLAY 3. Conduction of Brainstorming Sessions with the Partners to form the SCRIPT topics for the Three Acts 4. 14 Evaluations from external experts aiming to assess the quality and the content of the Script5. Working Team Set up Groups engaging 140 people in order to provide us feedback and information about the script 6. Online Workshop for the Draft Planning of the C activities with representatives from the partner organizations 7. Development of the DRAFT PLANNING Report including information for the whole implementation of the C activities 8. Conduction of 24 Blended Reahearsals with 100 participants in total for the preparation of the C activities and 7 physical rehearsals9. Organization and Conduction of the C activities in Portugal with 48 participants, in Netherlands with 41 participants and in Austria with 43 participants 10. Digitalization of the Play which has a duration of one hour and half, and which is in English Language and with subtitles in Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, Czech, German, Dutch, and Bulgarian11. Development of nine 5-minutes videos in English, in all partners language and in Romani12. Development of an Interactive Online Magazine ""TALKZINE"" in English, and in all partners langauges13. Development of two awareness raising campaigns recorded and promoted in the social media channels 14. Development of a podcast in Netherlands for the topic of ""Identity"" 15. Development of 24 interviews with the learners of the C activities aiming to express their feelings and experiences from the OUR STAGE project. The interviews are in English, in Spanish, in Czech, and in Romani. Aiming to avoid langauge barriers and support what the project support ""inclusivity"" some of the participants that were not so fluent in English gave interviews in their own national language or in Romani in order to promote also the underrepresented language of the community. 16. Presentation of the three acts in the end of each C activity's week in front of an audience as an extra activity with the aim of recieving feedback and impressions for the play17. Development of props, dresses and skirts for the acts, as well as development of ""diklo"" which is the traditional ""scarf"" of Roma Community18. Conduction of the FINAL Premier of the OUR STAGE project in Czech Republic with 26 local participants and 12 international participants with physical presence and 24 with online presence, in total 62 people attended the PREMIER of the OUR STAGE PLAY 19. Organization and Conduction of three Transnational Project Meetings in Bulgaria (11 participants), in Spain (15 participants) and in Czech Republic (15 participants)20. Development of 8 Open Calls for the Selection of the learners for the C ACTIVITIES in Portugal, Netherlands, Austria<< Results >>The indicators of achievement consist of certain criteria of both quantitative and qualitative nature. The quantitative indicators mainly address the consistency of the activities undertaken to the target group(s) outreach as follows: - The overall number of people participated actively in the activities of the project is 400 in total for the whole project.
