<< Objectives >>Addressing the Erasmus priority of Inclusion, the project aims to integrate seasonal migrant workers in host communities by providing them with financial education. This involves collaboration with organizations dealing with migrants, with whom the goal is raising awareness and enhancing skills on financial topics. With regard to migrants, the project aims to improve their ability to manage money, facilitate access to traditional finance, and build resilience to economic challenges.<< Implementation >>Following the PDCA methodology, the project will implement these activities:Plan: define a new way to engage migrant workers into financial education, consisting of creating a new methodology for involving the migrant target on the issue.Do: engage the target and spread financial education, comprising the piloting of the methodology, aimed to both staff and migrants.Check and Act: Analyse the results and review, including the review, finalisation and translation of the project outputs.<< Results >>The project will bring target migrants to a broader understanding of how to manage money efficiently, making them less exposed to the risks associated with seasonal work and lack of savings. Their greater autonomy will benefit inclusion operators, who will be able to focus on the success of their users' individual pathways without the variable of economic instability. Local service providers will be more aware of migrants' financial challenges and will also have more tools to guide them.
