The aim of the project is to innovate the strategic management of Moravian Business College (MVSO) in accordance with the terms of the European Charter and the Code of Conduct for Researchers and to receive the "HR Award". The partial aims of the project are the development of the internal evaluation system of MVSO, the development and implementation of strategic management of international R&D cooperation and the popularization of R&D outputs, including the development of the necessary competences of researchers to realize these aims.
