The Delft Bioinformatics Lab develops novel algorithms for bioinformatics applications. To test these algorithms on reasonably large datasets a lot of computation is required. We want to investigate how well a number of our applications scale on the LISA computing cluster. These projects mainly consist of MPI enabled applications and embarrassingly parallel applications.
