De strategische rol van schoolleiders; een spanningsvolle sleutelrol?

School leaders are increasingly involved in decisions made by the school board. Using interviews and questionnaires, the researchers will investigate in which ways and to what extent school leaders are involved in decisions of the school board, and whether and how this involvement creates tensions for job performances of school leaders. The researchers develop profiles of school leaders and study whether school leaders in one profile experience more tension than school leaders in another profile. The results of this study can be used for better support of school leaders in the future.
