Rebuilding Education 2.0 explores how co-creation and co-teaching with students can be sustainably embedded in regular university education. Students design educational innovations around themes like planetary health. Building on the Comenius Senior Fellow project (RECEPT), it operates cyclically through pilots in three faculties (Science, Law, Medicine), collaborating with the VU Education Lab, Edulabs, and student councils. Expected outcomes include a scalable course model, integration in at least three faculties, increased student engagement and teacher professional development, and broad dissemination via publications and policy. It fosters cultural change by positioning students as active partners aligned with VU’s global citizenship strategy.
