Description
The ultimate goal of this project is the development of a multi-analyte screening device for analysis of food to improve the quality and safety in the food chain. In order to maintain the quality of the food chain, the food should be monitored for health-threatening compounds. There is a great need for smart screening devices with multi-ligand diagnostic facilities. If available, a large reductuion in analysis costs can be achieved allowing increased amounts of multi-parameter tests, which will improve food-safety definitely.
