In 2023, our focus within CUBE centered on experiment completion and disseminating findings through notable publications, including a groundbreaking paper comparing our functional ultrasound (fUS) imaging technique with fMRI, two papers on a new 3D imaging approach for fUS in rodents and a preprint on 4D fUS using a computational imaging approach. International recognition was achieved through invited talks and accolades for our PhD students at conferences, including winning top prizes at international symposia. We have organized a successful symposium on ultrasound and the brain and initial measures have been initiated to open source our fUS software.
